Delivery times
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the location, courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. Ready-to-stitch and customized suits are made to order, so they take longer than ready-to-wear items. We will confirm the timing on WhatsApp when your order is confirmed.
Payment on delivery
Cash on Delivery is available. For cash-on-delivery orders, payment must be made according to the courier’s instructions at the time of delivery.
Your delivery details
Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address and a reachable contact number. Orders are confirmed by email or WhatsApp, so please check your phone after placing an order.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If an order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, contact Rooznam Kidswear promptly with your order details and clear photos or videos of the issue.
